I would have to physically drive to a branch, stand in line, fill out a payment slip, and pay my mortgage if I wanted to pay more towards the principal. The app is a nice tool to have for simple banking needs, but overall I rate it below average at best. But then I have to log into my email and get an additional security code. I have deleted the app reinstalled the app. I have contacted customer support. The account should all be visible when the app is opened as it was. There is too much selecting and scrolling now. Very frustrating. Why make it more difficult?
