Simple things such as push notifications when money leaves the account isn’t possible ### 2/5 — Overdue for an update *2025-11-13, version 6.2.0* 8 months since the last update but NPBS app has been updated numerous times. UI is broken since iOS 26 ### 3/5 — Used to work *2025-03-22, version 6.2.0* Decent app, does what you need it to until last week, I can no longer stay logged in. I thought it was my iPhone 8+ which can no longer update to the new iOS. ### 2/5 — Condescending *2025-03-22, version 6.2.0* I withdrew some money from my savings account to make a purchase of what I had been saving for. Since then every time I transfer from my savings accounts I get an added annoyance of a pop up saying if I transfer I won’t get my interest. As if anyone uses the savings accounts for $5 interest a year. At least change it to only notify of the first transfer of the month as after that it doesn’t matter anyway. It just annoys people ### 3/5 — It’s ok, *2024-10-13, version 6.1.0* I find every so often even when adding your correct details it won’t let you log in and I have to constantly change my password and quick long in code. Very frustrating when your in the middle of a transaction or trying to transfer money and pay bills. Also you now have to log into and out each time you do a transaction just to get a balance. I could be half way through a transaction or just finished punching in my password. It’s frustrating because it happens nearly every single time! Not just me either everyone has been complaining & frustrated about it. 2 months after developer contacted me I’m still having the same issue. ### 2/5 — Forced logouts *2024-07-20, version 6.1.0* Omg this new version is driving me crazy. Please fix the logout issue. 🥴 ### 1/5 — Worst update *2024-07-04, version 6.1.0* The new update is terrible, constantly logging me out when I’m logging in, comes up saying “session expired” even when I’ve just logged in. The app worked perfectly fine before this. I’ve had people take money out of my account without permission & you have done nothing to help me get my money back when you haven’t done enough to protect my money from being stolen in the 1st place & then tell me it’s my fault & my problem to sort out. I am constantly logged out of the app and have to do two factor authentication relentlessly until it stops glitching and lets me enter the code. I am logged out at the most irritating moments such as when trying to transfer money to someone or between my accounts, or even when doing nothing but trying to check my balance. This is highly irritating and frustrating and needs to be fixed. Only thing is app could be updated a little bit 1. Notifications on your phone when money comes in or out of your account. 2. Maybe a recurring bills tracker, that displays what day it comes out etc 3. Interest indicators, like how much more you need to get your interest for the month. (If your on track for interest) 4. I like that in your transactions how it shows where you made a transaction ie Storename or Traders title. Every transaction is itemised in detail. I have seen other Banking institutions apps that are no where near as detailed. I have been with the Greater Bank for about 10 years and it’s by far the best in the banking industry. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
