The Airline must be as incapable as the APP. ### 1/5 — A completely useless app *2026-01-04, version 4.0.17* Over 90% of the app’s features are not working properly, and even the basic check-in function is not functioning. I strongly recommend removing the app from the App Store. It’s better to have wasted all the resources on creating a useless application. It is separate system. If you forget to snapshot your QR code after you check-in, you will never find it elsewhere in the app. There is not any button to find your check in record. Plus, the app always cannot load the QR code. There is no email confirmation on checking in…which means, you have no way to find your check-in record. The system responds slow. The only way I got anything done was by using WhatsApp to contact customer support.
