Since multiple updates, the Face ID sporadically works, the username doesn’t save half the time and being required to use a third authentication is super time-consuming and inconvenient. It used to be super convenient for me. I never had trouble logging in or transferring money. But ever since the latest update, I can’t even log in—it keeps saying my password is wrong, even though I know it’s right. And now they’ve made it so hard to transfer money, which I absolutely hate. I’ve been a loyal member since 2013, but if this doesn’t get fixed soon, I’ll seriously consider switching banks. It tries to ask for a second form of verification everytime, and it either will tell me that my login information is incorrect (when it absolutely isn’t) or it will say it’s sending a code to email or text, but only like 10% of the time does it actually send the code. I’m so fed up with this. I need to access my bank accounts but this stupid app change makes that near impossible. This needs to be fixed immediately! The app used to be simplistic, easy to use, super clean and user friendly. I loved it and never had any issues with it. The new app update changed all of this for no reason at all. The UI is all over the place, not streamlined and just plain ugly. Why do I need three different icons/ways to view my accounts on one page? And three different places to make a deposit? Creating several different paths to get to the same destination does not make things easier - it just creates confusion and makes the app clunky and disorganized. Not well thought out at all. No one wanted a new look, everything was working just fine and looked great. Now I feel like I’m using an app made for the elderly…except even the elderly wouldn’t find these changes easy to use. No one asked for this.
