Leider ist die definitiv ausbaufähig. - fehlende Anpassung an das neue iOS 26 sowie Anzeige der App über das gesamte Display - es könnten noch mehr Informationen zu den Abläufen im jeweiligen Hotel stehen, weshalb man gezwungen ist sich viele Informationen beim Hotelpersonal zu holen - die Informationen sind teilweise nicht aktuell. Zum Beispiel sind auf den Karten verschiedener Restaurants der Hotels mehr Gerichte angeboten als dann tatsächlich vor zu bestellen sind, was sehr enttäuschend ist. - ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass man eine Restaurant Reservierung entweder über die App oder zumindest über einen Link in der Bestätigungsmail stornieren kann. Aktuell ist auch die etwas umständliche nur über die Rezeption möglich. Ansonsten hat die App tolles Potenzial ein zuverlässiger Begleiteter in Grecotels zu sein. ### 2/5 — Pretty pointless app *2024-08-28, version 2.5.0* Given 2 stars because it’s good to be able to see the menus. However, it’s impossible to book the various restaurants (the concierge did them for us in the end). The map is pretty useless and very unclear. Insofern ist die App an vielen Stellen leider nicht hilfreich oder nicht zu gebrauchen. ### 2/5 — All barely works *2024-06-15, version 2.4.4* After the recent update with bug fixes, it seems like the app doesn’t really work anymore. Most CTA’s don’t do anything, or the app has a loading screen which never loads. The UX is pretty awful as well. The flows just don’t make sense. I give it a 2 star because when it actually works, it works. Albeit you still can’t do a lot with the app. Great idea for an app for the hotels, but all the features should work before telling guests to use it. ### 2/5 — Nichts funktioniert *2024-05-21, version 2.3.9* Sie App startet nur hin und wieder - Ladevorgänge brauchen äußerst lange (wenn es funktioniert) Funktioniert die App passiert es sehr oft, dass die Applikation sich bei einem beliebigen Menüpunkt aufhängt. Nothing works, and by that I mean I really have tried to use it numerous times to book various activities and meals and haven’t managed to be successful once. Click on the fitness activities link and it takes you to a blank page. The best advice is to not bother downloading it and use the reception desk and desk at the gym to book meals and activities instead. That actually works! Constantly getting logged out and all the times are wrong for opening times too. The hotel map is pointless, you can’t find anything in relation to other things as you can only highlight one thing at a time. They need to revert to a simple printed map showing all items. The rest of it is unintuitive, slow and looks feels like they have made it deliberately hard to use. Needs starting from scratch. ### 1/5 — Not impressed *2026-05-26* Honestly this is a useless app for a hotel that is not even close to a 4 star! I have has problems after problems with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff has been warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The service has been exceptional throughout. The hotel is spotless, with beautiful grounds, a lovely pool area and direct access to the beach. There are always plenty of sunbeds, and the whole resort feels relaxed and well looked after. The food has been excellent, with a great variety at the buffet and high-quality à la carte restaurants. We particularly appreciated the premium drinks and the overall quality of the all-inclusive offering, which is far better than we’ve experienced elsewhere. Our sea view room was modern, comfortable and immaculately cleaned every day. The little touches, from the friendly housekeeping team to the attentive restaurant staff, really made a difference. We also loved the location – it’s peaceful but only a short taxi ride into Rhodes Old Town and close to Faliraki, making it easy to explore the island. This has been one of our favourite holidays, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone at Dama Dama for making our stay so memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ### 5/5 — FANTASTIC HOLIDAY *2026-05-28, version 3.0.5* We arrived as a family of three to Grecotel Dama Dama in Rhodes. What a fantastic hotel with amazing staff.
