App lacks critical features of website. ### 1/5 — Awful Company *2025-02-02* I was a treasurer for a business frat and we used this service for years. The app itself is fine and works well but the people who run it are not kind. They are so condescending and vague. They take advantage of college kids in my opinion and are not very transparent about charges until you demand it from them. When trying to cancel (to switch to a company that costs less to do the same service) they told me that I was making a horrible mistake and didn’t know what I was doing, and made it so hard to get out of our contract. It took them over three months to provide me with the original signed contract that we had.
