Force quits every time I add payment method. Would be great if I could order online, but have to go thru the drive thru instead. Hopefully the app will actually work in the future 🙏🏼

This app is awful. There’s no point to it. Sure, you can order ahead, but there is NO OPTION to use your rewards so you have to call or order in person anyways. Deleting.

Bad app, needs simple but necessary fixes such as a “back” button so the app doesn’t have to be closed each time to go to the previous screen

I’m glad they have a drive through, because this is only the “bones” of an app. It’s easy to get stuck on the different pages because there’s no back button (unless of course you decide to tap on the unmarked upper left corner) and the rewards page is practically bare with a bar indicating you’ve earned something but no numbers or words explaining anything. I can always recommend the food, just not this app.

I made an account and logged in months ago, getting email confirmations whenever I placed an order. I got logged out of the app randomly, and when I went to sign back in using my email, it told me no account exists with that email address. I even tried resetting my password, and no luck. Very buggy app, please fix this!

I can online order and curbside order but it never shows me my rewards . This app needs to be revised .

I downloaded the app and made an account and everything but when I click on the “rewards” section it takes me to a blank page and I have to force closed the app because there’s no back button.  Also when I go to place an order it says “Sign in to earn rewards” but I’m already logged in. Also I’ve ordered 3 times already and don’t see where my rewards are accumulating it just shows a blank page that kills the app.

The rewards program shows point but cannot use them. Also if you can order via website you can see what rewards you have but once again can not use them. Checkout asks for a promo code but never seen one and rewards program doesn’t have any.
