I don’t read the daily readings because they only contain the Gospels . I prefer to read the complete daily scriptures/Saint of the day so I must go to the OCA website. I do have the full version, and suspect that the App has not been updated to keep up with the IOS updates. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2020-06-12, version 2.22* I purchased this app hoping to set reminders for the Name-days of loved ones but when I click “Remind me” then it says: “Problem, a reminder cannot be generated for this event as it has already passed for this ecclesiastical year. You may schedule after the next ecclesiastical year begins on September 1st.” Although I set my time to September 1st, it still says the same. But for about the last 10 months or so you can not see future feasts. Which is the reason I upgraded from the Lite version. Now it is the same as the lite version. When I compare with the apps that my priest recommends and it shows strict fasting then I click into this one it says the day is fast free? How can this be? The reason I use these apps is to be true to the fasting periods so I can plan ahead and for my spiritual canons of the fasting days to prepare for the Eucharist. The fasting days need to be accurate. Please address and fix this ### 1/5 — Bad for fasting planning *2024-05-04* Got this for the fasting aspect as not at all religious. Though the subscription would have more ease for planning out fasts but not worth the money wasted. No way to easily look at a calendar to plan meals around fasting. You have to tediously scroll through day by day and it resets to January 1 anytime you try to go to a new day. Also doesn’t seem to include Wednesday and Friday fasts in its daily recommended fasting times. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-03-18, version 2.46* Really wanted to use this app and purchase subscription. The link to buy doesn’t work and there’s no developer contact option via app or linked tumblr site. If the developer could add his contact info so users could help “develop” this into a functional app, that would help some. ### 1/5 — Disappointed 😢 *2022-09-01, version 2.39* When the app came out we had name search and the nameday of the day They took away the name search Now they’ve taken away the nameday of the day. Those were the only functions I used. The app is now obsolete unless you are willing to pay.
