### 5/5 — Amazing Tool!

*2020-04-30, version 2.7.5*

I am blown away by how well done and useful this app is. It is absolutely fantastic. The work that was put into making this app is nothing less than superb. I have used BibleWorks and Accordance, but this app is just so extremely easy and useful. I hope that they will expand this program in the future to include the Septagint and other resources. The team that put this program together is first rate! Kudos to them!

### 5/5 — Excellent Biblical Greek Tool

*2020-03-25, version 2.7.5*

This app has no real competitors in the App Store. The closest would be Bible Vocab. I also like ScriptureDirect, as it acts like an interlineal translation. But this one stands by itself. Buying the four add-ons is totally worth it. A great app. I am one of those people who do not rate apps, this is my first. My reason? A request: Can you guys please bump the interface into the world of the iPad please?

### 5/5 — The BEST Greek App

*2020-02-20, version 2.7.4*

I have been reading the Greek N. T. for 30 years and have used Kubo and other resources when needed. Greekit is really the best app available to replace these cumbersome books. It’s also easy to use once you learn the layout. Get it while its free!

### 5/5 — 5 stars

*2019-09-19, version 2.7.2*

Best app for Greek students.

Great in app purchases.

Can't wait for it to be in iPad!

### 5/5 — THE app for Biblical Greek

*2019-07-31, version 2.6.2*

This is definitely my favorite app for learning the vocabulary of Biblical Greek. Nothing else I’ve tried is anywhere near as good.
And buy the NA28 text and parsing guide (~$15) and it fully integrates with the app so that while reading the Greek text of the New Testament you can tap on any word to get a gloss and part-of-speech right there. Click on the gloss to get more in-depth information if you want it.
This app has replaced my Greek NT in OliveTree because it’s so well designed, well integrated, and is such a pleasure to use.

### 5/5 — Best Greek Vocab App

*2019-07-13, version 2.6.2*

This is the most useful Greek vocab app I’ve ever used (and I’ve used some others). There are definitely some improvements I’d like to see in the future, but it is already miles ahead of the rest.

### 5/5 — A must for readers of biblical Greek

*2019-03-04, version 2.6.2*

User friendly, elegantly done, very useful.

I have this app since a couple of years now. The in-built definitions (you can edit them if you want), parsings, concordance (that you can click on to see the context of the same greek word used elsewhere) helps a lot to read and develop you reading ability in Greek with no other tools. I also like that the text used is the NA28, the most recent version of the textus receptus.

No matter where I am waiting now, I can optimize my time, just take out my phone and read the NT in it’s original language. It helps a lot to keep my memory fresh with biblical Greek.

If there’s a bug, the developper is quick to answer and fix it. Very friendly.

My only regret is that there’s no app like Greekkit for the Septuagint. I would certainly buy it. Another regret is that this app works only with IPhones. I have friends who would like to buy it, but have androids.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2018-10-27, version 2.5.7*

This is currently the best app available for the I phone for reading the Greek New Testament. It also contains a feature to build vocab and Flashcards which also rivals the excellent Idoms vocab program. Thank you for this app!

### 5/5 — One of My Favorite Apps

*2018-10-16, version 2.5.7*

GreekKit is one of my favorite apps. I use it every day. With the ease of a tap I have instant access to rare vocabulary and am able to practice my parsing as well. If you read NT Greek, you need this app. It will help you improve your reading skills. It’s worth every penny.

### 5/5 — Better than you think

*2018-06-01, version 2.5.2*

This is a very high quality app. It does things other apps like it don’t. You can search for Greek words with your English iOS keyboard. It’s fluid and well-designed.

You can get very specific in what vocabulary word types you want shown, like alpha contracts, 3rd declension nouns, etc. There are screenshots and videos in the app that show you how to utilize its features.

### 5/5 — Better than Facebook

*2018-03-25, version 2.0.9*

I have never taken the time to write an app review but after using Greekkit for a few weeks I just have to.

I’m really thankful for the help this has been for me in getting back into my greek studies. It’s tremendously easy and useful to creat and use vocab lists to review in little spare times throughout the day. The parsing tools have taken a lot of the tediousness out of learning a language. Having this all on my phone makes me thankful I live in these times.

I can’t thank the developer enough for the work that must have gone into this!

It’s worth every penny and more.

### 5/5 — Brilliant!

*2018-03-08, version 2.0.7*

This is the best app of the Greek NT that I have come across. Some of the really helpful features are the ability to learn vocabulary specific to a book or even chapter, to create custom word lists for memorisation, and a search feature allowing the reader to look up each instance of any specific word, including its context. This is a great app both for beginning students of Greek, and seasoned experts.

### 5/5 — Excellent!!!

*2017-09-18, version 2.0.4*

This app has been tremendously helpful with exegesis and parsing of the Greek text. It follows the UBS5 directly and is extremely accurate in its parsing of each word as compared to BDAG and other Lexicons. It is extremely simple to use and is also helpful when reading the Greek text in a situation where a BDAG or other lexicon is not available! This app is a MUST for those in seminary and is also simple enough for those that are not!

### 5/5 — Great for learners

*2017-02-22, version 2.0.2*

This app has made me a much better reader of NT Greek - a tap will reveal a word's meaning and grammatical information. Great word search facility as well. Highly recommended

### 5/5 — One of the best apps for studying the GBT

*2016-07-12, version 1.8.2*

I have other bible apps but when it comes to serious reading of the GNT Greek Kit is my app of choice. It's inexpensive, easy to use, and super helpful. If your serious about Greek then this app is a must.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2016-03-21, version 1.5.5*

The parsings seem to be consistently right, and the app is the best Greek app I've had. Thanks for giving us a great app at a great price

### 5/5 — Best Greek App I found!

*2016-02-12, version 1.5.3*

Based on the NA28, this Greek App has all the functions I was looking for (parsings and a dictionary) and a LOT more. You can do research in Greek (and English) with a lot of different parameters and see all the occurences easily. There’s also a « review mode » which helps to memorize key words and you have an option to change the answer/definition (the change will apply also in the dictionary). Being French, I can translate the answers so it make it easier for me to use after. The appearance is very nice, easy to navigate (there’s also small videos on You Tube to help you get the most of it). Very well conceived overall! It is worth the price (you also have the option to buy the modules you want among three options)! Thanks for this good tool! It helps me a lot to go farther in my integration of biblical Greek.

### 5/5 — Blazingly fast & intelligently conceived

*2015-10-22, version 1.5.2*

If you need a "go-to" Greek New Testament app, look no further. Sure, there are more complete, library-based options (which are of course worth having, too), but after years of downloading and using various apps and resources, I have never run across anything this instantaneous and complete for the actual Greek text. Furthermore, the sophisticated presentation of the highly capable and integrated database of glosses and parsings in context for whatever passage you happen to be looking at - on the fly - is a thing of beauty to experience. Hats off to the developer! Do your Greek a favor, get the app, buy the add-ins (which provide the cut-above functionality), and get thyself reading!

### 3/5 — Doesn’t work anymore

*2022-01-24, version 2.7.7*

I used this awhile and had ittle problems, but now I tried to add vocabulary to flash cards and it was difficult, and only worked at all on I phone. Did not save to cloud. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 after support responded to my email. I plan to update review again after developer helps me. I have trouble on 2 Apple devices. I can not recommend purchasing this app at this time.

### 4/5 — Great app. Wish it had a Septuagint

*2020-11-05, version 2.7.7*

I love this app! The fact that I can tap a word I don’t know and get a definition is amazing. The only thing I think could make it better is for it to include a Septuagint

### 5/5 — The Expositor’s Bible App

*2026-01-24, version 3.0.8*

This is the best App for reading and practicing your Greek. I like it better than Olive Tree and Logos Bible apps for reading and studying Greek. I have not changed my review the past five years since 2021:

If you are a pastor-teacher (or a student of the NT Greek language) then this app is for you. To experience the full potential of this app, get the in-app purchases of "Word Forms & Parsing Tools" along with the "NA28 text with Lexical & search aids."

Other tools are available for purchase in this app, but these are my favorite ones for sermon prep and word studies. With these two features mentioned above, you can pick a verb (in the biblical text itself or from a specific list that you have created) and this app will show you all the different forms/parsings and occurrences of this word. This feature is just the beginning of the user experience.

This app has greatly helped me expand and retain my Koine Greek vocabulary. The interface is so easy to figure out especially for those who are not technologically savvy like myself. This app is a wonderful addition to other Bible Study apps (i.e. Olive Tree, Daily Dosage of Greek). This app will not disappoint you. I only wish there was a desktop version of this for the MacBook Pro.

### 5/5 — Have used for years

*2024-12-07, version 3.0.6*

I majored in Greek and Hebrew at Wheaton College in 1977. This app is a saving grace because of the parsings and declensions. Especially when I began to relearn Greek a decade or so ago. This is well worth the cost. I hope Casey will continue this app. I would love to support it somehow. Jeff Zohner

### 5/5 — The Expositor’s Bible App

This is the best App for reading and practicing your Greek. I like it better than Olive Tree and Logos Bible apps for reading and studying Greek. I have not changed my review the past three years:

### 5/5 — Very helpful in exegesis

*2023-05-09, version 3.0.1*

There is nothing available on a mobile app, that I’ve seen, that does an analysis of the Greek text as efficiently as this. Well done Casey!

### 5/5 — Amazing App!

*2023-04-14, version 3.0.0*

I use this app quite often and I am so thankful for it. Five stars are not enough. I have used many Greek based apps but I always come back to GreekKit.
The developer (Casey Perkins) could easily charge for it and it would still be my favorite Greek tool for NT study.
Get this app and Enjoy!!!

### 5/5 — Absolute Best NT in the App Store

*2023-03-07, version 3.0.0*

If you are looking for a NA28 New Testament packed with incredible features look no further. There are several reasonably priced features that can be purchased, this way you can customize it for your own needs. It’s great for study, practice, and devotion. Simple and intuitive interface makes all features easy to use. I have been looking for something like this for a long time! Thank you for putting this together!!!

### 5/5 — A preacher’s Bible app

*2022-03-26, version 2.7.7*

This is the best App for reading and practicing your Greek. I like it better than Olive Tree and Logos Bible apps for reading and studying Greek. I have not changed my review the past two years:

### 5/5 — Such a fantastic app

*2021-12-09, version 2.7.7*

Exactly what I was looking for in a Greek reader Bible. The only suggestions I would make for future additions is to incorporate a LXX with all the features that the NA28 text has. Another app with the BDAG/LSJ and another with some sort of syntax reference material would thoroughly round off all the Greek Bible resources I (as an amateur) could possibly need in a digital format.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best Greek vocab app

*2021-06-02, version 2.7.7*

This app is priceless. Vocab by NT chapter plus you can get it with NA28!

GreekKit has kept me on course for NT reading fluency.

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!

*2021-03-26, version 2.7.7*

This app perfectly balances Greek immersion with fast and useful help when I'm stuck on a word. I tried a bunch of different apps, but either I'd get lazy with interlinear and just read the English or I'd get stuck in a labyrinth of menus trying to parse a word. Cannot recommend enough both the app and the purchases.

Request to the app developer: I'd like to use this while listening to Greek audio on my iPad with a split screen so I can quickly pause/resume in the other app when I get behind, but this app only supports iPhone screen layout, which I think is preventing it from sharing the screen. Is it possible to enable iPad split screen?
