Then it is also frequently updating & adding new properties in each search list results… & instead of only adding newly listed properties (which it does add) but it also adds back hundreds of properties I have spent hours deleting & cleaning up my search results to only the properties I am interested in… hundreds of newly updated properties are definitely the exact same notice, from the exact same listing agent & the timelines are anything up to saying ‘added 2 years ago’… so they are previous listings I have removed! I have reported these glitches several times, but it is never fixed in any of your App updates & ‘Bug Fixes!’. This last update is no exception. Also this last update claims to be clearer & more enjoyable to use… clearly the people designing & updating the App are not actually regular users of the App!… the Map showing where a property is, is now useless, annoying & less sophisticated. Properties that have already been deleted are reappearing in the saved property searches and the list keeps repeating itself! Such bad App design… who updates the App? Je dis cela c’est pour vous … ### 1/5 — does not serve USA well too many non truths *2025-08-06* can’t enter correct phone number. last digit is left off. if looking for sea view ….properties 80 miles or 40 km away say “sea view” but it’s not true. pictures of properties are deceiving. they are stretched and magnified to fool you. beware….the verbiage in the descriptions is general and leaves out important details. i have had 6 agents and only 1 was honest. best to use a sotheby’s agent WITH PROVEN INTL EXPERIENCE. if not , it’s guaranteed you will be taken advantage of. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless app *2026-06-27* Waste of time. You define a search and then they send you an email with random real estates. In the email , the list also the search criteria I defined in the end, but none of the houses meet those criteria… **Developer response:** We're sorry for this experience. Now it won’t let me use it without registering. But it won’t let me register either. Bildgröße extrem verzerrt (passt sich dem Gerät nicht an). Der Löschbutton führt zu nervigen weiteren Klicks. Eine schnelle Kurzauswahl neuer Immobilen wird vor allem durch die grottigen Vorschaubilder unmöglich. Bei Vollanzeige etwas bessere Darstellung. Will man sich die Bilder dann ohne Text ansehen folgt Absturz nach Absturz. Bitte schnellstens nachbessern. ### 1/5 — Last update broke everything *2025-11-11, version 1.37.4* Crashes instantly on ipad when opening a picture. Picture previews are completely distorted. Logging in via phone number doen’t work: Belgian mobile numbers are not recognized or accepted. Whoever pushed this version to production did a very lazy job, clearly no testing has been done. How is this possible, for such an important release that brings a new branding and look? ### 1/5 — Going backwards *2025-11-11* The recent update is a step (or several) backwards. Much less user friendly. It is no longer possible to zoom the map in or out on properties, among other features that used to be possible and no longer work. Almost unusable in its current state. ### 1/5 — Real Estate apps *2025-10-18, version 1.31.5* I’m a real estate investor . 33 years . Full time . I am not particularly adept with computers however I spend 4-6 hours per day on real estate apps 6 days per week . I buy and sell more properties in a year than most realtors sell in a career . This is without a doubt the most difficult to use , hardest to understand real estate app I have ever seen . Photo copied mls pages prior to the internet were easier to use . If you would like an example of a user friendly app .
