From COVID to politics, the slant to the left is almost unreadable. Additionally, the lack of prep sports coverage is irresponsible for a small city newspaper. The number of column inches it extends to Packer issues reflects the importance of the team to this community. No longer a source of “news” but still a valuable piece of community information and shared experiences. It’s so convenient—I can look at the paper anywhere, while waiting for an appointment, etc., and at any time. I’m very disappointed with the other content you are very biased and you are purely a Democrat newspaper. I never see anything positive about the rest of the population shame on you. Gone are the days when the newspaper was for the news, not biased opinions. I grew up believing the newspaper, was supposed to be neutral and report the news.Clearly does not happen in this newspaper. Unusable ### 1/5 — Green Bay Press Gazette Needs to Step Up *2020-01-02, version 2.9.10* Wow, have been a digital subscriber for over a year, worked fine until the las IOS 13 update, now it doesn’t work at all. Everyday the paper freezes up, or you cant get in it. When you call the support number you are talking to someone in the Philapines and they offer the same lame fixes. Delete and reload the app, try a different browser, they send a link, to try and it doesn’t, when you email them you get no reponse. You need to FIX THIS ### 1/5 — What happened to this app *2020-01-02, version 2.9.10* This app worked okay for a long time but now it just doesn’t work at all. It tells me i need an internet connection but I have one. I have tried several things including reloading the app to no avail. I would like to have our local newspaper while we are out of town but I am about to give up on that idea. ### 1/5 — App Unstable Unreliable *2020-01-01, version 2.9.10* This app works intermittently only. Even I have reliable good WiFi connection on my iPad, it may give error messages that wife not available. Problem only happens on this app as I’m able to navigate via WiFi elsewhere. Also, the app frequently locks up on a given article when it is working, ending any further reading of the daily edition. With much of the news in the PG being old, and these app technical problems, it is very difficult to continue to subscribe to PG e-edition. These people have lost their way it seems and are out of touch with the reader’s experiences. If you contact them to register concerns, you are unable to reach anyone who understands or is empowered to fix it, just a call center person located outside of our area. Very sad and disappointing performance. It has everything that a paper copy does without the waste. You can even print out the crossword puzzles to do like a regular newspaper. No more ink on my fingers, no more looking for paper in bushes and it saves a ton of paper which will save our trees.
