My app has stopped working. I get a blank white screen on opening. I have deleted the app and reinstalled makes no difference.

**Developer response:** Sorry about that, and thanks for taking the time to report it. We've found the cause and a fix has already gone out, so please close the app fully and reopen it to pick up the update. If you're still seeing a blank screen after that, let us know your device and iOS version and we'll get it sorted.

Don’t know what’s wrong with the app despite deleting and reinstalling many time it just opens with a blank white page ??????
