The outcome of the photo had the wrong format, and when I contacted their support, they never responded. There are much better apps to use.

They simply deducted the money even though the photos processed by them didn’t pass on the official government website. They refused to refund the money. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.”

**Developer response:** 1. We didn't refuse to refund.
2. The website you used is a crop tool, not a validation tool. The tool was simply telling your photo is good, not crop needed. The US government has addressed the issue this year.
