App deleted and reloaded but it doesn’t fix the issue. Won’t be using this service. ### 1/5 — App CRASHED *2019-06-29, version 1.26.0* Tried to reserve a Tesla X on Saturday 04/29/19 in the early 06:30 AM. Had created the booking and then the app freezes and crashed. It’s been hours now have called texted Anthony at customer service directly and on the company phone line. No answers just voice mail messages. A lot of wasted time CEO SUCCINCT INC ### 1/5 — Bad service *2018-07-23, version 1.13.1* Costs $25 to sign up, expensive by hour/day, irrational pricing, no scale of supply. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2024-03-13, version 2.00* 98 percent of the time when I go to open the vehicle up, it’ll time out and then say hey error message and it can’t open the car and this has happened multiple times even at night when I’m out with my kids and I just believe that’s not safe that you have a keyless entry to a car and it won’t open and it’s at the most vulnerable times when you have your little ones with you and the car won’t open. I just really feel that it’s unsafe and it has yet to be fixed so please update the software or get the bugs out of it and that part other than that it’s great. ### 4/5 — Interesting concept but needs improvements. *2020-05-11, version 1.44* I learned about this service randomly by stumbling upon one of the vehicles at a Metro station in LA. I do want to try the service as car share except is seems like it’s rather difficult to locate a vehicle. Maybe if a map/list of available pick up locations was implemented then it would be a bit easier. I also am interested in the fleet replacement concept and hope to partner this company up with the company I work for to possibly use some of Green Commuter vehicles for ride share. ### 5/5 — Drive a Tesla to work *2019-07-24, version 1.28* We use GC’s vanpool service for out daily commute to work. We drive one of their Tesla Model X and we love it. They also have great weekend and hourly rates. ### 5/5 — Great app *2019-05-13, version 1.22.0* Easy to use and convenient.
