Was getting ready to get my tax return when the app asked me for authentication. I entered in the code it sent me and after a SINGLE (one) “failed” attempt it locked me out completely. Had to go through one of the worst phone trees to get someone to help. I got a ticket number but they never sent a reset email. Months later I still can’t get in. Can’t seem to navigate the worst phone tree to get ahold of a person anymore and now you’re telling me I suddenly owe you $65 AFTER I was locked out? NO. The ineptitude of this company is second to none and they will leave you high and dry at the worst possible time. Developers if reading this - I don’t want your apologies, your tears, your SORWWY uwuwuw… all that means nothing. You’ve taken time and money away from real people so either fix it or go underground. YOU’RE BAD AT THIS AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD.
