I ended up deleting it at one point, and am just now looking to download it again because of how useful it was. However, I’m getting the same error message. Anyone else having issues? This app started good for me, but pro version does not work. The $4.99 fee getting charged works perfectly but nothing works after paying the fee. I am going to give it two stars maybe on a good day 2.5 at best. Long time Weber guy and compared to their app this is disappointing. Thought there would be a ton of recipes and recommend techniques but very few. App only works on phone not available on IPad. Not the developers fault but nonetheless a pain in the _ _ _. Use it as you see fit and hopefully the developer gets the message as this could be strong. After having been a Webber grill loyalist I was excited to use my new grill. I found the website to be cumbersome, the information and videos not to be very well thought out. I have basically abandoned all of the big green egg's recommendations and have gone back to many of the techniques that I used on kettle style grills for years.
