Green Flash Finder helps you know when and where to look for the elusive green flash at sunset. Using your location and current atmospheric conditions, the app gives you a practical outlook for tonight’s sunset, including sunset time, when to be in position, the direction to face, estimated horizon visibility, distant visibility, and atmospheric layering. Rather than promising a sighting, Green Flash Finder helps you understand whether conditions look favorable and puts the information you need in one place before the sun reaches the horizon. Features include: • Green Flash Potential for the upcoming sunset • Exact sunset time and “Be Ready By” guidance • Sunset bearing and directional guidance • Compass assistance to help you face the correct part of the horizon • Estimated horizon visibility • Distant visibility information • Atmospheric layering indicators • Nearby outdoor viewing-location discovery • Clear explanations of the conditions that can help produce a green flash Green flashes are rare optical phenomena that can appear for only a second or two as the sun disappears below a clear horizon. Conditions matter, timing matters, and being in the right place matters. Green Flash Finder helps with all three. Important: Green Flash Finder provides an outlook based on available environmental data. It cannot guarantee that a green flash will occur. Eye safety: Never look at the sun through binoculars, a telescope, a camera viewfinder, or other optical equipment while any part of the sun remains visible. ## Key features - Green Flash Potential prediction - Exact sunset time and readiness guidance - Sunset bearing and directional assistance - Compass for horizon alignment - Estimated horizon visibility - Atmospheric layering indicators - Outdoor viewing location discovery ## Is Green Flash Finder safe? Now he's made an app so he can chase it more efficiently. Apparently, this is what passes for romance in our relationship.
