Tout simplement une très grosse arnaque plus jamais chez eux ### 1/5 — Appalling misuse, untrustworthy *2025-03-25, version 5.0.0* Used this company a couple of years ago, was ok but now I avoid them. Apart from the usual trying to upsell ‘extra insurance ‘ (I have a separate hire insurance policy anyway) a lot of companies do try to- They try to claim the vehicle is damaged on returning the car, going straight to a scratch on the inside of the door without checking anywhere first- alarm 1 marks on other parts of the car and so on. The last rental I booked the shuttle didn’t show so, despite many calls, I was left booking a taxi, no answer to subsequent communication and complaints. They use a policy or system to claim damages to a vehicle which has already been damaged and claim for in order to ‘repair ‘ it never repairing it- a scam company in my opinion. You would need to video every tiny mark and timestamp and document all before accepting the vehicle, but of course, they’re in a hurry and want you to sign the release form, and drive off waiting to scam you on the return . Although they deliver the vehicle with damage, after the vehicle is delivered, they charge your credit card without your knowledge when it is called as damage and do not return the deposit.
