They overcharged my daughter and gave her a smaller suv than the one we paid for. They left my mom, two grandchildren, my husband and myself stranded at the airport in Orlando Florida. We were able to get the extra large suv through hertz. ### 1/5 — Worst experience- they will take your money!! *2023-08-28, version 4.0.20* They force you to buy their insurance at $140. I won’t pay for a crack on a windshield. Then I have gotten a charge for $1000 and another for $450. It feels very fraudulent! They don’t want to talk to you . I don’t have a receipt or anything telling me what I’m being charged. When I left the car, I was told that everything was fine ### 1/5 — The worst experience ever *2023-07-02* It was the worst experience ever. In my point of view, Greenmotion was very unfair with me. In general, I tried to explain the importance of maintaining customer's loyalty and satisfaction rather than taking advantage of him, but it seems that he doesn't understand such long run strategic goals. The owner of the company should realize that it would be much more profitable to have more polite and decent employees who care much more about enhancing customers' satisfaction. ### 1/5 — Scammed in Fort Lauderdale *2023-03-13, version 4.0.20* Avoid Green Motion at all costs! We prepaid through Booking.com and didn’t realize they offer options from companies like Green Motion - a total fly-by- night disgrace. We were hit with unexpected charges for insurance limits that no other rental agency requires ($210 for their requirements… and no way to get our prepayment back to just go to another agency. They also have a daily “pay tolls” fee or they charge a $25 penalty additional to each toll you pass, rather than just charging for the tolls you use- so another jacking before we could check out. The car itself was in poor condition- the seats were stained, console area dirty, windshield blurry with interior streaks of something. The remote control fob didn’t work, there was trash in the trunk… need I go on? ### 1/5 — Sooooo basic! *2022-06-30, version 4.0.20* This app is pathetic. Just like the website! Has hardly any functionality, and feels like it was developed 20 years ago. Very disappointing, and really not worth downloading. BTW, on the website there is no way of viewing your reservation! How poor is that….. ### 1/5 — Didn’t provide service and don’t do REFUND! *2022-05-20, version 4.0.20* I have just booked a car in Los Angeles via Uber rental service. But they asked me to pay additional $500 per insurance for a car which costs $260 per week so I declined and they assured me that they would return my money. But for a week now I have been writing to all emails, calling all the phones, they refuse to return the money! ### 1/5 — Bad app *2022-05-09, version 4.0.20* How can I book a car that is not in your system. They called me back and said “sorry the car you booked is not available and it will take 3-5 days before you get your money back”… Really really bad user experience!! ### 1/5 — Absolute Con, be aware of all the hidden charges *2022-05-02, version 4.0.20* Terrible services, they did not have the automatic car I hired and charged me for an upgrade to next class. Then the shuttle to the airport was not free, cost us £18 each way. Then we noticed there was a hidden fee for valeting fee $96 applicable. The irony is the car was dirty when we picked it up! Avoid at all costs ### 1/5 — Totally broken *2021-12-24, version 4.0.20* Can’t even register, fill in all the information and click register only to see nothing happen but a spinny thing start and stop imminently ### 1/5 — Do not use if you can help it *2021-11-20, version 4.0.20* They lure you with attractive price which I was interested with and was prepared to pick up car offsite. The shuttle took 20 mins to come ( one every 30 mins only ) You can also take a local bus which is £ 3 per person and another 10 mins walking on the side of a busy road. When you get there you have to wait outside for someone to come and see you. They forced me to take an insurance on the car because I did not have a visa CC and only an Amex. I offered to give a print of my visa debit card which is a gold one and veritably good enough but because if company policies it seems it was not good enough. The insurance cost me more then the rental itself !!! Needless to say more… ### 1/5 — Jamas rentes un auto aqui te robaran tu dinero *2021-10-15, version 4.0.20* Si pudiera no de NO DEJARIA LA PEOR RENTA DE CARROS son unos LADRONES rentas el carro y n la pagina pero cuando llegas res otro precio aparte me cobraron 75$ por dejarlo un poco mas tarde de l hora y dos semanas despues me hicieron un cargo de 540$ son unos LADRONES NUENCA RENTES AQUI PORQUE SINVAS DE VACACIONES LA PASARAS MUY MAL yodos son unos mal educados mal servicio nunca atienden el telefono el servicio del transporté del aeropuerto es pesimo me conraron 50$ adicional por dejarlo en el eropuerto de miami son unos ESTAFADORES ESTA COMPAÑIA NO SIRVE MUY PERO MUY MALA NUNCA RENTES AQUI PERDERAS TU DINERO ADEMAS LOS AUTOS ESTAN SUCIOS LOS ASIENTOS Y TODOS DESCUIDADOS NUNCA RENTES EN ESTE CUCHITRI QUE TE VAN A ESTAFAR ### 1/5 — No login *2021-09-29, version 4.0.20* Non si accede durante il login. Ingiudicabile. ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs *2021-08-15, version 4.0.20* Damage fee collection company masquerading as a car hire company. They lure you in with low daily rates and then sting you for "damage" that staff are incentivised to find when you return the car. Don't hire from them. If you've got a booking, cancel it. If you can't cancel, you need to spend at least an hour examining the car and log every nick anywhere that's even 1mm small. Even then, they will find something to bill you £500 for. Avoid this company at all costs. ### 1/5 — Betrüger in Marakesch *2021-07-05, version 4.0.20* Vorsicht auch hier Betrüger . Meinten meine Kaution könnte nicht von Kreditkarte geblickt werden, da musste ich nochmals 140 Euro in bar für vollschutz, den ich übrigens schon beim mieten bezahlt hatte , bezahlen. Leider hab ich das getan. Beim zurückgeben vom Auto , was ich bei seh Abholung leider nicht gesehen habe da 2 identisch gleiche Autos hintereinander standen, jetzt weiß ich warum! Hatte mir der Vermieter 2 eingedrückte Stellen an der Heck Klappe gezeigt die aber nicht von uns waren den ich habe im Handschuhfach den alten Zettel meines Vorgängers mit genau den Dellen angezeichnet gefunden. Also bei der Übernahme hat mir der Vermieter das ohne Dellen Auto gezeigt und wir sind danach ins Büro und dabei hat sein Kollege den kaputten Wagen hingestellt und bei der Übergabe wollte er mir die Schäden unterjubeln . Tout simplement une très grosse arnaque plus jamais chez eux ### 1/5 — Appalling misuse, untrustworthy *2025-03-25, version 5.0.0* Used this company a couple of years ago, was ok but now I avoid them. Apart from the usual trying to upsell ‘extra insurance ‘ (I have a separate hire insurance policy anyway) a lot of companies do try to- They try to claim the vehicle is damaged on returning the car, going straight to a scratch on the inside of the door without checking anywhere first- alarm 1 marks on other parts of the car and so on. The last rental I booked the shuttle didn’t show so, despite many calls, I was left booking a taxi, no answer to subsequent communication and complaints. They use a policy or system to claim damages to a vehicle which has already been damaged and claim for in order to ‘repair ‘ it never repairing it- a scam company in my opinion. You would need to video every tiny mark and timestamp and document all before accepting the vehicle, but of course, they’re in a hurry and want you to sign the release form, and drive off waiting to scam you on the return . I would never recommend them. 🫤 ### 1/5 — Important, pay attention ( önemli dikkat edin) *2025-02-18, version 5.0.0* This company should definitely be avoided. Although they deliver the vehicle with damage, after the vehicle is delivered, they charge your credit card without your knowledge when it is called as damage and do not return the deposit. After that, when you get a lawyer's fee amnesty because the money they charged from your credit card was not enough, an extra amount is deducted. After that, after 5 months, they demand money again under the name of toll road. If you do not pay, your wages are immediately garnished Bu şirketten kesinlikle uzak durulmalıdır. Aracı hasarlı teslim etmelerine rağmen, araç iade edildiğinde ve hasarlı olduğu söylendiğinde, bilginiz olmadan kredi kartınızdan ücret tahsil eder ve depozitoyu iade etmezler. Daha sonra, kredi kartınızdan tahsil ettikleri para yeterli olmadığı için avukatlık ücreti adı verilen yine bir ödeme talep ederler , nalet olsun der parayı yatırırsınız . Sonra, 5 ay sonra, otoyol ücreti adı altında tekrar para talep ederler. Ödemezseniz, maaşınıza hemen haciz konur. Borcunuz asla bitmez ### 1/5 — Location 2008 *2025-02-08, version 5.0.0* Très mauvaise expérience ! Un impact sur le pare-brise n’a pas été noté lors de la prise de la voiture ! Ils nous réclamaient 170 euros ! Heureusement nous avions pris une photo ! N’hésitez pas à prendre des photos , ils sont très désagréable et essayeront encore et encore pour récupérer de l’argent ! 23 euros pour 6 jours !! Wanted £950 off a credit card that I don’t have. Wanted extra insurance I was unaware of. £150 petrol for a really small car for a week. I came in for a basic car but wanted a convertible instead. They went out of their way to find me one that they didn’t have it at the moment. The check in and out and communication about the little dents on the car at hand off were smooth and honest. Skoda SUPER-B seçimim üst segmenti Passat 2018 ile hizmet verildi. Araç çok rahat çok konforluydu. Toplamda 200 km gibi bir yol gittim. 120₺ dizel yakıt masrafı oldu. Araç gerçekten çok rahattı. 1 günlük kiralama bedeli 240 ₺ gibi çok uygun bir fiyata geldi.
