Green and other vendor cred are gate keepers for me to do my job, which is being in front of my customers in Hospitals 5 days a week. This borders on blackmail. I reached out to help desk about this and their response 2 days later was…use the website, we are still working on the app. How about expedite fixing your app? ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-12-10, version 2.0.71* Horrible ### 1/5 — 0 stars *2025-11-12* Customer service does not reply to requests or inquiries. It will not let you log in without putting user and password. Customer service for the company is poor. This app freezes, you have to sign in using password every single time instead of having option of face, doesn’t always have location correct. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I miss symplr - and that’s saying a lot ! ### 1/5 — Ver. 1.5 stopped working *2024-12-16, version 1.5* I have automatic updates for this app; the 1.5 version changed the app’s logo on my phone and when I tapped it, the screen went white and did absolutely nothing! I can’t verified my status at a hospital nor scan myself out. I have to do that using my web browser which takes me more time, therefore defeating the purpose of the app, in the first place. 1.4 was working fine. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work; Prevents us from doing our jobs *2024-12-16, version 1.5* This app fails to load to the login screen. How can I request appointments easily and get access to my facilities? ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2024-12-14* So hospital used to use symplr for years. They switched to this system and it’s horrid. Horrible. App never wants to load or work. Symplr would always review and approve credentials in timely manner now takes forever than gets declined for no reason. Than u gotta contact green security (god help u when trying to do that) and than they realize oh we shouldn’t of declined it we just don’t know what the h e l l we are doing. These guys may cost less but it’s one of those things where it’s better to spend a lil more money and get a system that works I mean we depend on this and it’s 100% NOT DEPENDABLE ### 1/5 — Worst Credentialing Service *2024-12-03, version 1.4* This is by far the worst credentialing app. The app itself does not let me sign in using the quick password options (faceID, copy/paste, etc). It has taken weeks for my credentials to clear. They changed a few things from other services that are minimal, but require a TON of effort. Would give negative stars if I could. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t “remember me” on iPhone *2024-11-18* New to this app. Now I have 4 different credentialing companies to pay a fee to. 🙄 Anyway, the app doesn’t remember my email address or password. It also doesn’t allow me to paste my password from my secure stored iPhone passwords. This is a real pain when I tend to try use passwords generated by Apple because they’re impossible to remember. This this app needs to be set up to save my information when I’m logging in or I’ll be forced to use a simple password that’s easy to remember, which defeats the whole point of a password. ### 1/5 — Zero Star! *2024-10-28, version 1.4* Horrible horrible customer service i never got a hard badge then they asked me to order another one all over again and pay for another badge! Never got a tracking number or any kind of confirmation. They are charging way too much with zero response and pathetic customer service!! ### 1/5 — Blank screen when starting up?!! *2024-10-05, version 1.4* Uh??? How am I supposed to use this credentialing app for case support if it doesn’t even open to anything? My company paid $$$ and I gave all my personal medical information for what purpose? ### 1/5 — Vendor and Hospital Extortion *2024-10-03, version 1.4* Has this app ever worked? Or is this just a place holder to get hospitals to sign a contract? “Look we have an App too….” Shouldn’t even be allowed to be on the App or Play store. ### 1/5 — Negative 1 star rating. *2024-09-25, version 1.4* This app is the absolute worst. No Face ID, won’t remember user, logs out and crashes constantly while using for the 2 minutes. There’s no way this company funds this app for a better user experience. Scam! *2026-03-25* The problem with healthcare is having money hungry companies like these that want to charge for a service that doesn’t even work. ### 1/5 — What a joke‼️ *2026-03-25* Most fender credentialing agencies take 2 to 3 days to upload your credentials, but not with Green Security. They tell you it takes 2 to 5 days and they wait till the last hour of the fifth day so that they can charge you their “hurry up“ fees of $150. This company shows lack of integrity and professionalism. They don’t apologize for this. Any hospital wanting to go with this agency should think twice about how this company impacts the ability for us to work effectively with them. ### 1/5 — WORST CREDENTIALING SERVICE *2026-03-05* This is by far the worst credentialing service. Straight up money grab. Extra $30 dollars for expedited credentialing when you forms sit in there Que for 5 days. Then you call for your physical badge and you need to pay extra for that and then they try and up charge you on it for fast shipping. This app should be banned. No wonder they have basically 0 stars. F- GRADE! Customer support was not helpful at all! ### 1/5 — Overpriced *2026-02-20* Worthless company ripping off hospitals and healthcare industry and increasing costs for patients. Would give zero stars. ### 1/5 — Scam vendor credentialing service *2026-02-13* This is complete and total scam. Green security will rip you off and upgrade your account without permission. When time comes for renewal they will auto bill you and steal your money and not provide any refunds. Terrible company and they know it ### 1/5 — Exploitative and predatory business *2026-02-13* The title says it all. Top that off with poor and condescending customer service. This business is the most scam of all of the credentialing services which says a lot. Extremely expensive and they upsell at every chance they themselves create.
