I have three vendor badge and GS was by far the easiest to use.

I signed up on my computer and can’t even get access on the app. I keep getting an error and “retry”. Not convenient at all for vendors who have to rely on their phones for access.

**Developer response:** I'm sorry you had the experience you did. However, this app is intended for facility employees, not vendors.
