The drivers don’t know where to go, when you book a ride the app tells you the driver will be there in three minutes but it is more like 15 minutes. This can only be attributed to greed- they know how far the driver is and how long it will take to get to you but they always lie. This is a bad feature intentionally built in to the app. They even make it difficult to pay.
