I've uploaded my credit card onto my Xanh SM account as default payment and every time we order the ride, it's always use "cash" as payment type. Sometimes we don't have exact change and we must give all to driver. 
When we filled out support form, it asked for description and photo as mandatory field which is quite dumb. When we tried to include a photo, there there is no "Done" to go back to the form. It means no way we can submit  complaints. We have hundreds of apps over the life time of our iPhones and this software is less than mediocre. In the meantime we continue using Grab.

Populates wrong starting address all the time. Real time driver tracking doesn’t work. No difference in the cars between standard and premium car services. Drivers constantly request for users to cancel rides.

Lúc nảy mình có đi về gặp anh tài xế xanh đang chở  khách, mình đi phía trước anh í và trước mình là xe cấp cứu còn trước đó nữa là xe buýt đang kẹt, vì mình không muốn chen lên cái khe nhỏ xíu chỗ xe cấp cứu mà anh í đã đạp vào xe mình bảo rằng ‘ sao không chạy ‘ nhưng chỗ đó nếu có chạy thì cũng kế bên xe cấp cứu hoặc leo lề thôi. Anh í đã đạp vào xe trong sự ngơ ngác của mình và chị khách phía sau. Thật sự không biết vội việc gì những sau khi nhường cho xe cấp cứu xong thì anh í còn chạy ngang mình. Thái độ này của anh í làm mình vô cùng giận và hẳn là từ đây về sau sẽ không còn 1 lần nào đi Xanh SM nữa. Mình chỉ nhớ anh í chạy xe biển 47-U1

This should be a fantastic ride service but it is consistently the worst. The drivers don’t know where to go, when you book a ride the app tells you the driver will be there in three minutes but it is more like 15 minutes. This can only be attributed to  greed- they know how far the driver is and how long it will take to get to you but they always lie. This is a bad feature intentionally built in to the app. They even make it difficult to pay. It’s embarrassing for them.

The app is completely unusable. It never sends an SMS for the activation code, no matter how many times you try. I can’t even get past the first step. Extremely frustrating and disappointing—needs urgent fixing.

People taking taxi green am at Dosmetic arrival airport in Tan Son Nhất be careful which the taxi license plate 50H836.16 this taxi driver is not honest and ripped off uneducated it took only 2.2 km and it meter go up 116.000 it should be 60.000 max I hope green am look into it now on I don’t trust those taxi driver for Green SM any more so people be aware

It took a very long waiting for driver to accept ride request. Normal wait time has been from 15-25 minutes.

Also the app is not accurate. Per app, notifications says driver has arrived however it took almost another 3-5 minutes before the driver actually pulled up.

I really appreciate that the cars — especially the electric ones — are smart-looking and always spotless. It definitely makes every ride feel comfortable, safe, and even more eco-friendly. Big plus for keeping the fleet in top shape!

But one thing that seriously needs work: most drivers don’t carry enough change. This has happened to me for two rides in a row now, and it’s honestly a hassle when you pay with bigger bills and they can’t break it.

I get that we’re moving toward cashless payments (and I love the future-ready approach with electric cars), but that doesn’t mean we should leave cash-paying riders hanging. Not everyone uses cards or e-wallets, and it’s not inclusive to assume they should.

Overall, the service is solid and the cars — especially the electric ones — are great, but please fix the change issue. We need a ride experience that works for everyone, not just the cashless crowd.

Literally won’t let me book anywhere. I am trying to book my ride to MOA from my house which is only 10km but won’t let me. I also tried to book it from a known location to MOA but it still won’t let me.

The app does its job of booking its car fleet, but much less polished than Grab’s app. To wit: there’s no live activity banner on the home screen; map gets blurry at random. It also nags me to update to the latest version despite such version not available in the Canadian app store yet.
