Several drivers had asked me to cancel the order but the button was grayed out/unavailable to press. One driver said there was no way he was going to pick me up from my pick up point because he would be coming from very far. I had to book an uber instead. Today I reserved a cab well in advance for a 11:30 am pick up. When there was no sign of the driver at 11:28 am, I had to call him to find out he was nowhere close to my pick up point. This makes the service unreliable, especially when you have important travel plans. It’s definitely not like BLU, where scheduled rides are much more dependable. Please improve the reliability of scheduled bookings. Until then, users should always keep a backup option ready. ### 1/5 — Poor support *2026-07-27* I booked a ride 2 hours in advance. However the driver has canceled 5 minutes before the scheduled time. And there was no new driver found and cancelled the trip from the app even the app does not allow customers to cancel within 30 mins to the scheduled time. Booked a cab to airport and was worst experience. Driver navigated incorrectly causing delay of 1 hour. Greensm cabs specifically took longer and had to wait 30 mins at toll in Gurgaon 2. On ride completion driver asked me to pay the ride fare that was 572 and additional 360rs that was shown as topup on his app. He insisted that customer is supposed to pay it. 3. I tried reaching to CS by raising a support ticket but the app is buggy and gives an api error during submit. So far, I don’t have a single negative feedback about GSM because all of my rides have been nothing short of TOPNOTCH and PLEASANT. All of the drivers are courteous and they exemplify good work ethic. The cars are super clean, smell good, and, because they’re EVs, the rides are super smooth. And, best of all, the price point is AFFORDABLE compared to Uber and Grab. Since I started using GSM, I hardly ever use Grab anymore.
