Still double printing. Still crashing. Still disconnecting constantly. Not fun. ### 1/5 — What a Mess *2020-11-10* My shop runs on Green Bits. We have to delete the app and download it again multiple times a week as a last resort to keep it running. Our receipt printer disconnects constantly. The built in rewards system cheated our best customers out of the rewards they have earned over a period of time and very little if any help was offered to us to resolve this. The latest update has caused so many issues, I’ve lost count. ### 1/5 — Bad updates *2020-10-29, version 1.125* Every update slows it down or messes up discounts. Waited to update again so the bugs would be taken care of and now printing 2 receipts after transactions. Happens everyday. Not easy to make adjustments in inventory. It constantly shuts down, talking to their “technicians” is like talking to a toddler that doesn’t want to listen. All they do is give you the run around and no one ever has a solution. Complaints and failures will drop when we can use USB ports & Ethernet cables like normal computers do, promise. ### 2/5 — Slowwww lagging UI *2021-01-06* Great features. Unfortunately every other update requires a new iPad. ### 2/5 — Terrible update *2020-11-24* The holds on orders is confusing to find as well as my receipt printer won’t stop printing the same receipt, also now u can’t individually discount an item on an order for some stupid reason.
