The functionality is severely lacking as you can’t do much other than view jobs & applicants. That’s understandable, but it’s not helpful for much at all aside from seeing people who have applied and seeing what stage they are in. Application review is totally broken — blank screen that just says “Application Review” twice. (I have full admin privileges in our GH account, so this is not a permissions problem.) I’d be fine if there were only a few basic workflows I could do on iOS … even as limited as app review & reviewing scorecards and moving candidates to new stages. Table-stakes stuff. Please consider investing more in the app! ### 4/5 — Exactly what we needed *2023-11-15, version 1.8.10* When we were deciding which ATS to purchase we looked at the app as an added benefit. None of the options we saw were great for recruiters but we have found that the greenhouse app does exactly what we need for hiring managers. No idea because on the website it only sent you a login code to the email and there is no option to create any password. ### 1/5 — No way to login via SSO on mobile app *2026-01-31* On Desktop when you enter your email there is a button that says “Click to use SSO”. On the app there is no option and it forces a password, which I do not have because my company uses SSO. ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2026-01-16, version 1.8.14* This has to be the most useless app in the App Store. In the age of AI there is no excuse for such incompetence. You cannot do ANYTHING on the app much like the mobile website, the latter which at least lets you switch to desktop. I hope these people hire developers using Workday or excel or a piece of paper. Greenhouse is a software company. This app is software. The dots don’t connect and the math doesn’t add up. Did I mention it’s garbage? If your goal is to antagonize your recruiters and hiring managers while they’re exhausted on the road, this is the way to go (Btw it would probably be better for you guys to remove the link to the app from your website so you don’t expose yourself as negligent) ### 1/5 — Still doesn’t work well. *2025-10-14, version 1.8.13* The app just doesn’t work or sync with my web account.
