I really like this place. The salads are yummy and fresh and the price is great. They are conveniently located for a grab and go experience. I hope they keep up the great work.

First to confirm the location, I have to type the letter “Y”.  Payment requires you to enter a credit card, no Apple Pay or other payment method is available. When entering country- under credit card info, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom for United States, instead of putting it first, even though almost everyone using the app is in the states. Last but not least, the reward program is ridiculous. For the cost of the wraps, rewards are accumulated very slow.

They send a coupon for $10 off your first order if you sign up for their loyalty program. I did all that clicked on the spot where it said click here to use the coupon on your first order. I did, I ordered, I checked out… no $10 off I paid full price. Will not order again.

The app is extremely slow and hard to function on occasions. When you order that doesn’t mean your meal is ready when it says it is. I had to wait almost 20 minutes in the hot sun for what essentially is a lettuce wrap which should not take long at all. You’re much better off just going through the drive-through.

This app is missing at least 2 fields that are important for food ordering online:
1.  Dressing on the side, especially for wraps.  No one likes a soggy wrap or salad;
2. Place to add a tip.  It's awkward to hand over a cash tip at the drive-thru pickup window.

This app was made with absolutely no modern techniques involved. Modern phones have all sorts of abilities to fill out fields and data when the app is designed properly from a developer who knows what they’re doing. This app would not allow any sort of auto fill features which are quite basic nowadays, and therefore every field had to be filled out manually.
