Bug Fix: Schedule Auto-Unlock

Fixed an issue where auditors could become permanently locked out 
of their availability calendar if the coordinator email was not 
received. Auditors can now resend their schedule email up to 3 
times. If the issue persists after 3 attempts, the calendar 
automatically unlocks for editing.
