This app has none of the features we expect in a phone app. It’s a piece of junk. I’m forced to use it but I don’t like it.

We use this software at my company, and I occasionally have to work from home. I just bought an iPad and was delighted to see they have iPad support. It is MUCH better than the iPhone app, especially since I can change my status. Great for making and answering basic business calls from home.
