## Most critical reviews (9 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2022-09-07, version 1.0.4*

I change the set temp and after two seconds it reverts back to the previous temp. Every time. Very frustrating. It’s a messy app. Not appealing to the eye. I miss ecobee

### 1/5 — The Worst smart home device

*2021-03-11, version 1.0.4*

Greenlite makes the most useless smart home products. Half the time it’s app can’t connect to the WiFi. One of the bulbs blew out with a minimal number of hours. This company should be embarrassed how poor their system is.

### 1/5 — Absolute garbage

*2020-12-14, version 1.0.4*

No wonder NGrid and MassSave were giving these bulbs away for free. It kept losing connection. And the bulb won’t work without this app. Useless.

### 1/5 — Worked fine for a few months, then...

*2020-02-03, version 1.0.4*

Disappointing product. Light started blinking after working fine for a few months. I went through the FAQ, tried everything it suggested with no luck. I’m going back to my plug-in timer which has worked fine for 10 years.

### 1/5 — Help

*2019-11-29, version 1.0.4*

It wont send me a code for my gmail someone help!!!

### 2/5 — Light doesn’t blink as suggested

*2019-12-16, version 1.0.4*

Light doesn’t blink as suggested - no matter what I try.

### 3/5 — It’s ok but can’t reset them

*2021-06-29, version 1.0.4*

Can’t seem to erase a light bulb that was established. After lights went out one day they went offline and I can’t fix it.

### 3/5 — Update Please

*2021-05-07, version 1.0.4*

I really wish they would update the app if people are still going to be using their products. Currently the app runs alright but I do have an issue where going back to your lights and you click on a different one you have to wait about 5 seconds before you can attempt to click on a different product to use it. It’s really cumbersome when you have more than 1 product to use in the app to control in your home. Along with that adding schedules or modifying them can be confusing at times when you want to do it quick.

### 5/5 — IOS 14 need to change “local WiFi access”

*2020-12-22, version 1.0.4*

Apple changed their security settings. If you don’t change access in the GreenLite app you can’t connect new lights. I struggled for hours. Found the setting and connecting turned into 20 seconds a bulb.
