Love the new app updates, finally, so easy to use, they spent a lot of time fixing all the bugs and listening to their customers. Go Greenride, we love you here in Rwanda, we love seeing young Africans investing in their continent.
Needs improvement
Unfortunately, my experience with you has been very disappointing. Customer support is difficult to reach as calls often go unanswered, and sometimes their phone line appears to be switched off.
In addition, it is very common to find that no cars are available when needed.
The app itself also has several issues. OTP verification codes are often not sent, making it difficult or impossible to log in and use the service. Overall, the reliability of both the app and the service needs significant improvement.
I hope the company addresses these issues to provide a better experience for its customers.

App Doesn’t Work In Rwanda
After opening the app doesn’t function. Every option displays an error.
Change the app to display “call 6996”, that is the only way to order a greenride taxi!
