I’ve had this app since March and every time so go into to order, it freezes or crashes. I haven’t made one single order on it.

Everytime I try to use the search feature it crashes. At least have categories for wine: red, white, sparkling.  Just a Horrible app.

The app set my store location as Buford Highway even though I’m no where close to it. It kept telling me to change to the Ponce location but when I followed the instructions to go to the menu there was no way to do it. App crashed multiple times as I was trying to you it. Deleting - it’s useless

When I enter my debit card, it treats it as a credit card. No discount for curbside pickup.

The app description states that curbside pickup is available for beer & wine during the Covid19 pandemic. When ordering beer, my only option was paying in the store. The store in Greenville, SC is small with narrow isles, which is why I wanted to pay in advance & not have to enter the store. App needs improvement in order to comply with social distancing guidelines and public safety.

The app would be much easier to use if the back arrow on a selection would return to the search results rather than requiring a new search.

I think they’ve fixed the crashing issues, so the app is functional now. 
The search function isn’t great. Eg when you search an item, then click on an item, clicking the back arrow erases the search term. 
Also, I don’t remember the last time I had to manually enter my credit card info. Should implement a ‘scan your card’ option to remove the minor inconvenience.

For a small business without a lot of infrastructure, Green’s has the app and the curbside inventory/fulfillment processes down incredibly well. Even if things ever go back to “normal” I hope I can still continue shopping at Green’s like this
