I have reset the hub. Stuck the sensors near the sun. They say waiting…….. ### 1/5 — Erratic, error-prone, bad UX *2022-03-29, version 1.3* Could not find base station, slow/Inconsistent finding WiFi, dropped connections, absolutely terrible ui finding plants (via google photos), dropped connections. Just awful. Needs another 2 years of real professionals working on this to make it an acceptable consumer product. ### 1/5 — Monitor plants *2021-03-01, version 1.3* Does not work at all. Total waste of money. Tried reading sensors 3 times with the same results. App still says Waiting! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me... *2020-11-10, version 1.2* Although I appreciate the effort that went into taking this project to completion, I have found it basically useless for me. I previously had a somewhat similar product made by Parrot that worked very well for years. Unfortunately, when the sensor went out, Parrot no longer supported the product. I supported this project and purchased a 10 sensor package. Of the first 5 sensors I set up, 2 didn’t work. Of the 3 that worked, 2 were on similar plants. There was no way to differentiate the 2 plants as their names could not be modified and, although I replaced the apps stock photo with individual photos of each plant, I would find the personal photo replaced by the stock photo every day. When setting up the remaining 5 sensors, I kept getting readings that didn’t make sense to me so I took 3 of them and placed them next to each other and got different readings from all of them by a large margin. I gave up at that point. ### 1/5 — Worst app- totally useless *2020-10-27, version 1.2* It is set with a WiFi name and you can not change it to your WiFi do it is useless. ### 3/5 — Great app, needs a bit of polish... *2020-11-01, version 1.2* The app is clean and responsive, there are just a couple things I wish it had. The ability to give plants nicknames rather than their scientific name and setting ‘quiet hours’ for notifications to name a few. Would also be cool to have a little widget to see a quick status of your plants without opening the app. ### 4/5 — Better Support? *2022-04-12, version 1.3* So I ordered two hubs and have 12 sensors. 4 of them connected briefly. Then now they have grey faces on my plants. I agree with some of the other reviewers. This can be an awesome product. I need the ability to rename or nickname my plants as I had to search the internet to find their scientific names to add them. Also some plants aren’t even listed. Need the ability to add plants and information. I’m hoping a few days of sunlight will address my issues with them connecting. I will update as I make progress.
