Updating my review to reflect that they fixed the I/O issue on iOS. They still lose a star for a somewhat awkward interface and for allowing those last few updates (that broke the app for Apple Users) to go through QC. ### 1/5 — Embarrassing *2026-07-01, version 4.2.0* This app and company has been embarrassing for years. They intentionally make processing difficult. They make every button and process as challenging as possible to avoid claims. Its blatantly obvious. It’s sad. I legitimately feel bad. It’ll never happen but they should be banned from the App Store for intentional corruption. My recent claim was for a custom knee brace. The app is programmed so when it comes to where you purchased the brace it provided the exact Business name. In my case it was OneBrace at its Victoria BC location.
