However, it is inconsistent, and often does not load, or takes muchhhh time to load even for a few seconds, this is in full wifi and full cell coverage. Needs to invest in loading content. I paid money for this app but unfortunately it doesn’t work well enough to justify the cost. I really like the videos on IG and should have to stuck to that. ### 1/5 — Constant Slowness/Freezing *2026-01-25, version 1.20.1* The content of the videos is great when you can actually watch them. Every time I use the app, I get consistent, freezing and lag. This occurs whether using Wi-Fi or 5g and occurs on any device. If that would be resolved, I would use the content much more. I contacted customer support and they offered me a one month subscription to some personal training thing. The code did not work and I’m obviously not paying more $ for anything. Even after downloading the videos it does not work properly, which makes it useless. What is more disappointing is that it says you will receive new content which it has been the same since the launch. I wanted to bring to your attention some issues I’m having with your app. First it’s very very slow to load and second once I’ve started a routine it’s I’m unable to even watch as the video/app acts as though I have horrible internet service (which isn’t the case) and needs to buffer every few seconds. I think that what you’re doing is great and worth it. So I hope this will be resolved soon. Once it is resolved I’ll gladly revisit my review, but until then I am unable to even use it. Whenever I manage to do a programme it’s great, the problem is not with the workouts but the app. I try to do the exercises by just reading the instructions but they are not always clear for me so would much prefer to follow the video along. Any chance of solving that?
