Process and experience was pretty smooth: placed an offer, received a slightly higher counter offer, accepted it, and the payment processed over the weekend and TV was shipped on a Tuesday. The TV was sold from a certified retailer which is great for warrantees. In my case UPS has tried to deliver only during business hours, when I am at work. I have missed my delivery attempts and I will be forced to return my item. They will not allow me to receive the item in any other way. Not worth the frustration. The retailer cardinal Cameras out of PA accepted my bid for a camera, charged my card and placed the order on back order. When I called them for an update they asked which camera I was purchasing and proceeded to say it was on back order. No explanation nothing. Greentoe clearly states that their retailers have the items in stock and ready to ship within 12-24 hours. This is not true. When I reached out to greentoe customer service they were of little to no help. They're just a middle man so not much they can do. Beware this app is a total scam. I contacted support and Jeff was able to quickly reach back and cancel the order for me. I have used this app/company to buy 2 very high priced electronics and saved hundreds of dollars vs any other app/company. You place a bid on an item, companies will accept or make a counter offer and you can accept or pass. The process is not Amazon Prime, so it will take a few days to get the item processed and shipped.
