I've used this app a couple of times and it worked fine.  It is not working now.

The iPhone 5 launched two years ago and the screen size still hasn't been modified. This app is absolutely unusable, unless you want it to display a splash screen and nothing else. Very disappointing.

Cannot attach pictures to requests now.

The NEW version of this app works perfectly!  Very effective way to make a service request (fixing potholes, street signs, etc.) and getting a super quick and very professional response from Greenville County (SC).  Excellent application!!
