The Greenwald Pay app makes laundry easier. Just add funds to your account*, select your machine and start your laundry. Through the app you can view your account history, check for available machines and get status updates on your laundry’s progress. No need to wait around.

* Please note that your Greenwald Pay app account is separate from any laundry card accounts. Balances from a laundry card cannot be transferred to your Greenwald Pay account and vice versa. If you haven’t used the Greenwald Pay app before you will need to create an account on the app. 

**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can see how long is left on your chosen cycle and get on with other things instead of waiting in the laundry room.

The app is never properly linked to the machines. Every single time is a hassle to get the laundry going. So much money and time wasted. The customer service number doesn’t work and the FAQ in the page never answer the issues either

Just like others have said, this app will steal your money and not start your laundry. Ended up just having to go to my local laundry mat.

The app has no issue collecting money, however the washers and dryers do not start. The company contact form is disabled. No response from the refund request option. The company phone number goes to voicemail. This seems like a fraudulent company.

My review was deleted but please know this app is trash. It is inconsistent with how well it connects, it never shows an accurate representation of machine availability, it doesn’t allow you to keep a card on file, so you’re having to re-enter your card information every single time, it only allows credit card purchases, it takes days for your account balance to update, the purchase history is never accurate, and the ability to add more time to the dryer is broken and has never worked. These are all of the issues that we’ve been dealing with for 7 years and nothing has improved.

The dryers in my building by and large do not dry effectively. They seem to be clogged with lint. I have sent multiple maintenance requests through the app and I have tried calling the company themselves. At this point I don’t think they’re actually real because I have never received a call back or an email response. On top of that the washers are full of slime that has ended up on my CHILDREN’S clothing and none of those requests have been answered either. I have requested quite a few refunds and have had no response. I can’t even request a refund through the App Store because the purchases for a load aren’t recognized as an in app purchase either. This is starting to feel like a scam.
