I'll consistently start my laundry; then the app gets stuck in a loading state and I have to exit it for it to start. It still charges me the $2.25 even though I wasn't able to start the machine. ### 1/5 — Stole my money and won’t issue refund. My apartment has multiple washers and dryers in each building. Half of them can’t ever pick up the connection to actually start a load of laundry or dry one. They take the money from your account and tell you to “please wait, and follow the prompts on the machine” but the machine won’t work. I had to create a whole new email address and account to tie my phone to my new apartment’s laundry machines. I lost 40 bucks after this rude awakening. In addition, I contacted support to let them know what was happening (there is no phone number) and no one has responded after a couple of months. Laundry isn’t cheap (let’s be real, living hasn’t been affordable in general), so the 40 bucks loss was kind of a big hit. ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2026-01-22, version 2.2.10* The dryer malfunctioned and used up some money and I had to purchase the dryer use again, which is fine, except I requested a refund for the amount taken out and never heard back. I contacted multiple times to request a refund. I’ve reached out to the support team but it’s been silent. I’ve lost at least $20 just in the past month. Each time I have to resubmit payment for one load, paying twice. I have submitted refund requests at least three times, I've called AND sent emails to their customer service line and have received no response whatsoever. I was able to use it for a washer load, but then when I tried to move my clothes to the dryer it would never sync up even after 20 minutes of trying. I even tried to log out and log back in and redownload the app, and then it wouldn’t even let me log in. Horrible user experience. I had to hang dry my clothes afterward. ### 3/5 — Decent *2025-10-05, version 2.2.10* This app seems more responsive when starting a machine than other apps I have used, and I appreciate the timer in app and notifications when completed. It is inconsistent with how well it connects, it never shows an accurate representation of machine availability, it doesn’t allow you to keep a card on file, so you’re having to re-enter your card information every single time, it only allows credit card purchases, it takes days for your account balance to update, the purchase history is never accurate, and the ability to add more time to the dryer is broken and has never worked. These are all of the issues that we’ve been dealing with for 7 years and nothing has improved. ### 1/5 — Dryers Not Working, No Customer Support *2026-06-07, version 2.2.10* The dryers in my building by and large do not dry effectively. They seem to be clogged with lint. I have sent multiple maintenance requests through the app and I have tried calling the company themselves. At this point I don’t think they’re actually real because I have never received a call back or an email response. On top of that the washers are full of slime that has ended up on my CHILDREN’S clothing and none of those requests have been answered either. I have requested quite a few refunds and have had no response. I can’t even request a refund through the App Store because the purchases for a load aren’t recognized as an in app purchase either.
