I’m not able to change the font when I download it to the electronic health record and it is 10 points and very hard for me to read. Also, there are times when the recorded record will not transfer to the electronic health record. They should have something on the desktop so that I can cut and paste. I end up having to dictate the whole record because I can’t get it from the phone to the desktop. It also does not recognize different speakers and often what I say is recorded as being attributed to the patient.
