I couldn’t reset that login so I had to setup a new account with updated phone number. But I couldn’t login because app was stuck on phone number verification of prior account. Uninstalling did not fix this. Clearing browser data from safari was the only thing that worked. So then I log into new account and verify license. After that, I am no longer logged in. So I try to login but cannot. I have a “Something went wrong” error. I have to contact support to understand why I get this error. They say it’s because they need one working day to verify my license?! Verification was already approved! And why would that prevent me from logging in? This app has been a problem for years. I stopped using it for a couple of years and now I know why. I am again no longer using it. Really bad. **Developer response:** Hi Samuel, I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience. Furthermore, it is correct that German phone numbers are not accepted. ^Mara ### 1/5 — App is just non functional. Waste of time. *2025-07-19, version 4.175.2* I tried to use this app over the course of 2 days trying to book a car. The search would take time or never provide results. When it does clicking into the car does not allow for booking. I have restarted the app, reinstalled. Tried a different email. No change in experience. I’m glad I did not submit the deposit amount. Not worth your time. I would have perhaps given a star for a service outage status somewhere explaining issues but nowhere obvious that I could see. ### 1/5 — Error *2025-06-16, version 4.172.0* Payment error not allowing me to use the app ### 2/5 — Sign up *2025-03-09, version 4.161.1* This has been designed by a mad person. They will charge you unfair fees and when they do they don’t respond to any requests and threaten to send debt collectors. This should be mentioned in the app description, stating clearly that if you’re from Australia, don’t download the app. **Developer response:** Hi, It is indeed true that you cannot create an account with an Australian phone number. However, there are no cars available anywhere in the Netherlands. If you close, take down the app and don’t take my money. I can’t reach anyone via customer service.
