The app doesn’t always try s deliver certain functions. Adding an external account is impossible! I called and the recorded message said, “No customer service representatives are available.” I called during their stated hours of operation! No chat feature available in app. My funds are stuck there! I’ve had to go through my external bank. Every other month I’m being kicked out the app due to error and credentials and it’s happening more often to the point it’s frustrating. Deposits were always done on time never had my account breached or anything of that nature. The only issue I have is recently I went to read the privacy policy and the terms and conditions. I could not locate them anywhere on the site. I reached out to customer service and they were supposed to email both documents to me. I only received one of the two. If that gets fixed, I will update my review. I’ve felt with a lot of businesses and never have I been asked to provide such sensitive information to be sent over gmail. Now I’m locked out the account altogether because and I still never received a debit card like numerous others and turned out this not even a bank. My experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. 🔹 ZERO customer support -There is effectively no phone number where you can reach a real person. The automated system never connects you to an agent. 🔹 Slow, unhelpful email support – Their only support method responds very slowly and often doesn’t resolve anything. 🔹 Repeated escalation required – I’ve had to reach out directly to the CEO twice just to get any response, and issues were still not resolved. 🔹 App lacks basic banking functions – You cannot transfer money out to an external bank, and there’s no way to initiate a wire transfer. This is unreal for a bank. 🔹 Caused real-life stress – I’m trying to close on a home and cannot move my own funds because of this app’s limitations and lack of support. 🔹 Terrible communication – Support repeatedly asked me for the same documents twice in the same interaction, showing a lack of competence and organization. 🔹 No transparency about outages or issues – Nothing on their site, no messages to customers, no explanations. There are many other reviews online reporting similar problems — including no access to funds and no support. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this institution with your finances. This app is not ready for real banking use. It was a total loss of hundreds of dollars just in the wind. They say they don’t have any type of transaction but my payroll says it went to the account that morning. I put money in here before i had no problem. But now just terrible. Customer service is not the best. Its like it was automated just kept saying the same thing over and over again. But they claim they were a real person. Emailed them they messaged me back asking for my info but wouldn’t reply back to anything else just left me hanging. It will be the worst experience you’ve had with online banking. They will hold your money hostage for weeks and no one to talk to when calling or no one responded to emails. Even if you upgrade and pay the $10 MONTHLY, you still don’t get the metal card.
