Am iPad ging es noch eine Weile - jetzt auch nicht mehr. Eine Neuanmeldung des Mähroboters am iPhone wird zwar positiv bestätigt, aber er wird nicht dargestellt. Connecting to two batteries and both show a fifty percent charge. But one has all four bars lit up. That one has charged and discharged several times but shows zero charge cycles. The other is showing an error on the charger and can’t charge but shows one cycle completed. Worse is that it’s as user-hostile as it gets. The batteries have a serial number on the case. It’s not the number that shows up in the app. The one in the app is nowhere on the battery and the one on the battery isn’t in the app so it’s just guesswork until you make the Bluetooth symbol blink on the battery. But that’s also what it looks like when it’s seeking. Maybe there’s a good use for the app but I haven’t found it. Nothing about it is intuitive or accurate. Previous version opened but always had trouble connecting to Bluetooth batteries, but this version gets stuck on “loading” and nothing happens. ### 2/5 — Server is down again *2025-03-30* Several times I have tried to connect to my Moore while I am out of town and it keeps saying failed to connect to server. Do they keep shutting the servers down every weekend? It is 2025. AVOID! ### 1/5 — Do better Greenworks *2026-04-30, version 4.4.0* This is a critical app for robotic mowers. It was reliable in past versions last cutting season. But this “updated” app is terrible. Constant logged out by another user issues. Notifications no longer work. Brutal. ### 1/5 — Bluetooth Connectivity aweful *2026-02-15* Multiple attempts to connect to the mower through the app fails. No online help. ### 1/5 — DESTRUCTIVE APP-AVOID! *2025-11-14, version 4.2.0* I downloaded the app to try it out. While playing around with it I tried the battery lock feature, which worked. However, the battery unlock feature doesn’t work, and now I’m apparently stuck with a brick. Called Greenworks and they were not able to help me :( Needless to say I won’t be buying any more of their equipment. I’m using it for a robomow and there have been very little updates for it not to mention the mower itself which is a whole other thing. I don’t know what update it started on but I had gotten an error notification that the mower was stuck. It really wasn’t. All it needed to do was turn right and it would have cleared itself. I got the mower working again and cleared it but I still have the badge of a notification on the app icon that I can’t clear. I can’t clear past notifications in the app, a few months ago I had parked the mower for the remainder of the day in the app and 30 minutes later, it left the dock and ran over our blowup waterslide, slicing the tubing for the water. If you have the app open it doesn’t refresh if you need to clear an error and enter the pin again. I have to constantly turn the app off, turn the mower off and on then wait for the notification to then open the app to enter the pin. It just does not work well at all. ### 1/5 — ‘Update’ is actually a downgrade! *2025-09-19, version 4.0.1* When I first installed this app, it was SO much better! They’ve recently changed it and it not only looks worse but it is also very glitchy. Was hat das mit der Bewertung der App zu tun? Bewertet gefälligst bei eurem Händler. Dieses ist eine der wenigen Apps, die es in kürzester Zeit geschafft haben einen massiven Rundumschlag in Sachen Funktionen zu schaffen. Da können viele namhaftere Hersteller sich mal was von abschneiden! Was hier in nur einem Jahr hinzugefügt wurde, haben andere in 5 nicht geschafft. Und endlich wurden auch die Nutzer erhört und es wurde Push hinzugefügt! Absolut klasse! Wenn die App jetzt noch etwas schneller läuft (liegt aber auch an der Funkverbindung des Mähers), dann ist sie perfekt. Das UI ist okay, könnte ein bisschen schicker sein - aber - who cares? Sie macht ihre Arbeit zuverlässig und das ist es was wir brauchen!
