### 1/5 — Buggy app and lost a card

*2024-01-11*

The app is buggy and has already lost a card of mine that I inputted.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2023-11-12*

This app is supposed to make it easy to store greetings cards. I tried the 10 cards free option. Hopeless.

Tried for 5 minutes to get 1 card captured. It froze and didn’t detect the card even though I was hovering right over the card.

Such a shame would be a really great app if it worked and was quick to use.

Thank goodness I didn’t sign up for the paid version.

### 1/5 — Greeting Card Capture

*2020-05-05*

Paid immediately for upgrade, glad I only wasted .99. The Save button is grayed so it doesn’t Save. So, back into the shoebox. Thanks for nothing.

**Developer response:** So sorry to hear this, I’d love to understand what the issue is. Please contact me at support@greetingcardcapture.com and we can troubleshoot.

### 1/5 — Super slow

*2019-05-14*

This would be a good app but it is so slow and missing the ability to edit. There are no user settings and no current updates.

**Developer response:** I just landed an update which should make developing/making changes much faster. There is an edit function for the cards (after you click to view a card). Is that button not present? Also happy to troubleshoot via email at
support@greetingcardcapture.com

### 1/5 — App just doesn’t work!!

*2019-01-19*

Hardly any feature works for what should be a very simple app.
1. Supposedly auto card shape photo capture didn’t work on the very first rectangular card (against contrasting background as suggested) no matter how many times I tried. Revert to manual.
2. Entering card details - drop down date selection doesn’t work. Can choose date but then no save function.
3. And the piece de resistance! Even if you accept a manual capture process and having to use the default date, I hit the “Save” button and I got the endless spinning save wheel so card did not save!!!
An app that doesn’t work deserves 0!!

**Developer response:** Apologies for the bad experience. I’ve fixed the date picker bug. I’m not sure about the scanning issue, but happy to troubleshoot via email at support@greetingcardcapture.com

For the last bit, I think the app is saving, just very slowly because it’s using the original image size (and in the foreground, which is probably not the best design decision).

If it’s not saving at all, that is a bigger problem. But in my testing if you save four images, it could take up to a minute, but saves consistently. My next update I’ll move this uploading to the background so you can interact with the app while it’s saving.

### 3/5 — Import?

*2019-01-22*

Will there be an import option for cards already in the camera roll?

**Developer response:** I finally got around to adding this! It’s available on the latest update.
