Also, it does not except pasting text. It’s not easy to type cards on the tiny screen. Love the fact they are a small company! Quality is A plus, shipping is fast and well packaged. The Greetings App was a little slow but after all it is Black Friday. However, not only did the app glitch while I was processing my order, I have yet to receive any sort of communication from the company. The only confirmation I received was my credit card being charged. I was able to reach someone through their Instagram page but that was after numerous attempts to contact via email. Not sure if they have my email wrong or what but it’s correct when I log onto the app. I was notified today by UPS that a shipment label was created. Luckily via Instagram communication again, I was able to confirm the tracking number and those are in fact my holiday cards. Took longer than the 3-5 business days to process, which I would be so much more understanding if it weren’t for all the other issues. Hopefully my feedback helps them to fix their glitches. I was never given any sort of shipping info/selection while checking out. The app just glitched and a copy of my card appeared so I could save it. There’s no way to access order info on the app and again, something must be wrong with their emailing systems. ### 1/5 — Love the company, app leaves a lot to be desired *2020-11-28, version 2.7* I absolutely love the company and order from them every year. But I wish they offered 1. And option to favorites card styles/layouts so you could save for comparison and, more importantly 2. Allow you to save progress. I had to retype the text on my card numerous times because the app would time out and dump me off. I also couldn’t copy and paste text in to save time/trouble. That said, the product quality and attention to detail SPS offers is stellar and I will continue purchasing their products. I was trying to create a test for holiday cards but if this is how long it takes for one card then I can’t imagine how long it will take to print 120 cards. Oh well, I’ll try another app. Customer service is responsive, they can’t get my card to me but they at least respond. ### 1/5 — Pretty sneaky *2019-05-16, version 1.6* OK you get the app can you look at it it doesn’t say anything about an app purchases. So you scroll down in your reading about it and all the sudden the money part pops up… Can you explain that to us? These apps may be wonderful, but personally, I will never know, because I just deleted your apps, all of them.
