So many companies aownd money on art and flatscreen tvs and fancy carpet. But all of that is a waste without great visitor reception. And Greetly is exactly that. Unlimited sms messages is really the winning feature of Greetly. There support team is fast and gracious. This is a low cost sign in app - and there are no hiddem costs or add ons, everything is included. After testing many competitors we lamded on greetly for function, visitor experience and price. From ndas to photos and badges to the digital logbook, this app had everythinh we were hopimg - and some items we haven't even thought of yet. Setup took 10 minutes and their team was always available to assist. Everyone gives Greetly rave reviews and we have been able to more smartly deploy 20 people. The visitor logbook and NDA eSignatures allow us to digitize our entire front desk operation. The most remarkable part of the Greetly experience is the fast, courteous and knowledgeable customer support. They solve my problems immediately, day or night. They re-win my business every time I speak to them. Lets not forget though the abudance of features and customization options. We use 2 visitor registration kiosks at different sites, customized to the needs of each office, and they both work flawlessly. Its incredibly versatile. Greetly handles everyone like a VIP. It reduces visitor confusion and frees up staff to complete their top priority tasks. Greetly also handles our deliveries. Our employees set up their own notifications by email, text message, Slack or old fashion phone call. Setting up Greetly was easy and their support was helpful and gracious. We also use their Azure Active Directory integration which automates adding, editing and deleting employees as things change. Greetly had the most customization, was easiest to use, the right price, and great branding. The web interface is very intuitive. We can capture the exact info we need from each type of visitor, including photos and NDAs. Recruiters are notified immediately by text message and Microsoft Teams. Then, and I think only Greetly does this, we send a text message to candidates and they complete their applications on their own phones while they wait. Greetly has solved all of our reception, paperwork, and compliance needs in one easy-to-use app. ### 5/5 — Virtual receptionist for biotech *2022-08-15, version 2.6.7* Our company adopted Greetly’s virtual reception software to make our HQ sign in process more efficient and to capture digital signatures on NDAs. It starts with their PCI certification. Their visitor logs makes it easy to run reports for realtime monitoring and to pass audits. Beyond that, we can customize the workflows based on each visitor type. The visitor experience is easy and it looks fantastic. This software has automated our reception function keeping management and the auditors happy. ### 5/5 — The first line of office security *2021-01-06, version 1.9.20* Greetly looks like a visitor check in app but its really crucial to our safety and security. Greetly is certainly that. It is intuitive and fast. The real magic though is we host a lot of events. In seconds we can convert Greetly into our event check in app. It is just as effective. And downloading the visitor log book to turn attendees into prospects is easy. (Now we use Zapier and even that is automated.) Five stars. Editing my review to comment on the new touchless visitor check in feature. The reception notifications you receive when a guest arrives are quite fast. I was able to configure the software fast -- and it has no Greetly logos unlike our last app. Setting up the iPad and visitor badge printer was also easy. Everything worked perfectly right away. The best feature though is preregistering guests directly from my calendar. They receive a welcome email and shortcode to speed up their check in process.
