Contacted the Grel office but no support from them. ### 1/5 — AC not working and Vehicle was not Clean *2025-10-10, version 3.2.1* The vehicle was not at all clean and the car AC was not working during my recent move from Pune Airport to my residence. Take notice, Ola and Uber — I’ve lost count of how often your drivers have stood me up. 2- Their fleet is all electric. When I have to get a cab from now on, I can proudly support the environment. 3- They actually make it easy to contact Customer Care instead of making you go round and round trying to find a way to reach them.l Aside from a pleasant ride, the cab interior was quite attractive and spotlessly clean. The app is easy to use. The cabs are clean and well maintained. The drivers always arrived 15-20 mins before time and always were polite and knew there way around the city. Overall my experience was very positive with the service.
