Не получил нужную услугу. Удалил приложение. Больше не планирую пользоваться. Спасибо за обратную связь, но услуга важна в моменте её оформления, а не часового поиска.

Пользуюсь приложением по программе банка. В какой-то момент захожу и вижу множество зарегистрированных проходов на посторонних людей. Пишу в поддержку, а она говорит "идите в банк, мы ничего не знаем". Когда я прямо написал, что приложение - это ваша ответственность, и вы должны быть в состоянии по логам отследить, заходил ли кто-то, или это ошибка программы - они уточнили данные входа и ушли решать проблему. И вот уже прошло больше месяца, а на мои вопросы отвечают "специалисты еще решают проблему".. Разве нужен месяц, чтобы посмотреть по логам и понять, что происходит?

Каждый раз требует подтверждения с sms через Т id. Потом очень быстро теряет авторизацию и снова нужна авторизация с смс. Даже когда приложение уже открыто и ты пытаешься сгенерировать qr - может потерять авторизацию. В итоге иногда по 5 минут на стойке приходится ждать приложение

Раньше проблем не было, несколько раз пользовалась сама и делилась проходами, сегодня не дает авторизоваться через Тинек. Пробовала не через Т-id зайти - тоже не дает, пишет невозможно проверить номер телефона или что-то в этот роде.

Списали 1 проход в бизнес зал за 21.05.2025 в Абу даби когда я там в жизни не был 
Вообщем и целым не стоит пользоваться этим приложением скрины переписок есть т банка 
И поддержки этого приложения
