Instead, I am standing at the counter in Jake’s looking like an idiot, waiting forever to have to be declined because your system did not tell me that there’s a system outage. ### 4/5 — Mobile Deposit *2026-03-22, version 4020.1.1* Could be better. The constant message about endorsing the back of the check is usually erroneous. ### 2/5 — Not working *2025-11-24, version 4018.1.1* I can’t even log into the app. I just keep getting an error please try again later. It’s been like this for a month now. Why hasn’t this been fixed? My username and password are correct but just won’t log me in. I can log into the web browser just fine but I use the app for mobile deposits. I’ve even deleted the app and redownloaded. No other bank I have is as difficult as Greylock’s for the new mobile deposit feature. Their app is so bad. I’m constantly being charged late fees for payments. I thought I made due to the apps, inability to update efficiently or in a timely manner. Customer service would much sooner harass you then help you based off of their own system systems faults. Apparent how much this company makes and can’t even invested into a little app development 🤮 ### 1/5 — Horrible app wish it went back to its older version *2025-11-12, version 4018.1.1* I’ve had greylock since I was in highschool — my first debit card and every since the newest update where the changed the entire look of the app I’ve only had problems Face ID no longer works nor does it remember you when you swipe the “remember me” option 90% of the time when I try to log in it tells me it can’t process opening right now so it just doesn’t Once you’re in the app it’s fine — still not as well as it once was but it’s not the worst However how can a banking app have this much problems with logging in? It’s insane it’s like the app wasn’t given enough effort honestly Very disappointed in Greylock ### 1/5 — Cannot deposit a cheque *2025-08-07, version 4018.0.0* Attempting to deposit a cheque results in a green box floating and flashing over the cheque image and cannot take pictures. Further the user interface imagery is all upside down. Support was totally useless and now I can no longer check my own bank account and see my own money. The iPhone app is fine but I don’t like to use it because the print is so small.
