## What is GreyOut?

Grey Out is a minimalist logic puzzle that will test your mind in the most satisfying way possible.

HOW TO PLAY
Each level presents a 5×5 grid of glowing cells. Tap any cell and it — along with its four neighbors — flips state. Your goal: turn every cell grey. Simple rules. Endless depth.

24 HANDCRAFTED LEVELS
Progress through four chapters of increasing challenge:
• Beginner — Learn the core mechanic with elegant one- and two-move solutions
• Intermediate — Four- and five-tap puzzles that introduce spatial thinking
• Advanced — Up to nine simultaneous effects demanding careful planning
• Expert — Twelve-tap masterpieces where one wrong move unravels everything

DAILY CHALLENGE
A brand-new puzzle every day, seeded by the date so everyone plays the same one. Build your streak and see how far you can go.

BUILT-IN HINT SYSTEM
Stuck? The hint system uses an exact mathematical solver — Gaussian elimination over GF(2) — to find the next optimal move. No guessing, no randomness: provably correct guidance every time.

EARN UP TO 3 STARS PER LEVEL
- 3 stars: Solve at or below par
- 2 stars: Within 60% above par
- 1 star: Any solution
